Questions to ask about price
- Are there one-time costs for implementation, onboarding or data migration?
Is Fellow worth the price?
Good value for small teams that want agendas, notes and follow-ups in one tool and can live with 10 AI notes per user per month on Team. It gets expensive or awkward for teams near 20 people, because Team hard-caps at 20 seats, and for companies above 50 seats, who must move to Enterprise at $25 per user. Heavy note-takers will outgrow the Team cap.
Worth it if
- Teams that want agendas, notes and follow-ups in one tool.
- Small teams on the cheap Team plan (up to 20 seats)
Look elsewhere if
- Companies of more than 50 seats that need less than Enterprise pricing.
- Buyers needing SCIM confirmed (only 'user provisioning' is listed)
Pricing details most reviews leave out
- Free and Team plans cap AI notes (5 lifetime on Free, 10 per user per month on Team); unlimited only from Business.
- Team plan hard-caps at 20 seats, so a 20-person team has no headroom.
- Enterprise starts at 10 users.
- Onboarding for Enterprise is an extra fee.
Our verdict on Fellow
Fellow combines agendas, AI notes and action-item tracking, and its pricing is attractive at small scale. Team is $7 per user per month billed annually ($11 monthly), Business is $15 annual ($23 monthly) and Enterprise is $25 annual. The Free plan allows five seats and only five lifetime AI notes and recordings. A trial ends into the Free plan, so it lapses to free rather than to a paid tier.
The catch is caps. Team limits you to 20 seats and 10 AI notes per user per month, and unlimited AI notes start only on Business. A 20-person team therefore has no headroom on Team and likely pays Business rates. Enterprise starts at 10 users, and tailored onboarding costs extra at a price that is not published.
