Professional costs $11.70 ($10.40 two-year) for 6 calendars, 10 booking pages, workflows and a dedicated SMS line. Teams costs $16.20 per member per month ($14.40 two-year) and adds round robin, roles, central billing and the API. Annual billing saves 10% and two-year billing saves 20%. What YouCanBookMe really costs

Per seat per month
$16.20 per member per month on Teams, annual billing (per YCBM help center)
Billing
Monthly and annual.
Annual discount
10% annual, 20% two-year (pricing page)
20 users per year
20 x $16.20 x 12 = $3,888 per year on Teams annual.

Add-ons and extras to budget for

  • SMS credits.

Questions to ask about price

  1. Is there a minimum number of seats or a minimum annual spend?
  2. How much can the price rise at renewal, and is the increase capped in the contract?
  3. Are there one-time costs for implementation, onboarding or data migration?

Is YouCanBookMe worth the price?

Good value for a solo operator or small business that wants branded booking pages, since Individual and Professional are flat fees, not per person. Teams at $16.20 per member is fair for up to 50 members, and 20 members come to $3,888 per year on annual billing. It gets awkward if you need many SMS reminders, because SMS credits are billed separately, or if you stay on the free plan, where the badge stays on.

Worth it if

  • Small businesses wanting branded booking pages with SMS reminders.
  • Teams of up to 50 needing round robin on the Teams plan.

Look elsewhere if

  • Buyers needing published SSO or SCIM.
  • Large teams above 50 members (must contact sales)

Cheaper per seat than YouCanBookMe

  • Setmore$5 per user per month on Pro with annual billing (page; monthly price unclear)
  • SavvyCal$10 per user per month, annual (Basic)
  • Calendly$16 per seat per month monthly billing on Teams (20% off yearly)
  • Doodle$16 per seat per month on Team, annual (third-party)

Pricing details most reviews leave out

  • Acquired by Capacity in 2025, so roadmap now sits with a support-automation company.
  • SMS is an extra-cost add-on even on top plans.
  • Free plan forces a 'Powered by' badge on booking pages and emails.
  • Teams above 50 members need a sales quote.
  • UK customers pay 20% VAT on top.

Our verdict on YouCanBookMe

YouCanBookMe was acquired by Capacity, a support automation company, in February 2025, but it is still sold under the YouCanBookMe name. On cost, it is a cheap booking-page tool: a free plan exists, and paid plans start at about $8.10 per month on annual billing. The price rises with calendar connections and booking pages until you reach the Teams plan, which charges per member.

The catch is in the extras. SMS reminders cost extra even on the top plans, the free plan puts a 'Powered by' badge on your booking pages and emails, and UK customers pay 20% VAT on top. Teams above 50 members need a sales quote, so the published prices stop being useful at that size.
