Jaggaer pricing
Jaggaer sells by custom quote only. It publishes no plan table, no per-seat price, no starting price and no contract terms. The suite spans spend analytics, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, eProcurement and AP automation, so the bill depends on which modules you take. The vendor says it integrates with 40+ ERPs and connects 1,000+ systems through JAGGAER Link, so ask whether connectors or the Link layer are priced separately. Renewal terms and add-on prices are not published.
Jaggaer does not publish a price list. Pricing is quoted on request.
No pricing published; demo only.

What Jaggaer really costs
Jaggaer publishes no price list, so the real cost depends on the quote. Use the questions below to turn a sales conversation into a number you can compare.
Questions to ask about price
- What is the price per user or per unit, and what is the pricing basis (seats, employees, usage)?
- Is there a minimum number of seats or a minimum annual spend?
- What is the discount for annual billing, and can we start monthly?
- Which features we need sit in add-ons or a higher plan, and what do they cost?
- How much can the price rise at renewal, and is the increase capped in the contract?
- Are there one-time costs for implementation, onboarding or data migration?
Is Jaggaer worth the price?
Jaggaer fits large manufacturers, universities, healthcare organizations and public sector buyers with complex sourcing that want one suite instead of several tools. It is a poor fit on cost for small and mid-size companies that need quick, lightweight intake and want to see a price first. Because the only public signals are a small G2 sample and one recent negative review, ask for references and a written quote before committing.
Worth it if
- Large manufacturers, universities, healthcare and public sector with complex sourcing.
- Enterprises wanting one suite from spend analytics to AP automation.
Look elsewhere if
- Small and mid-size companies needing quick lightweight intake.
- Teams wanting published prices.
Pricing details most reviews leave out
- Vista Equity Partners announced its acquisition from Cinven in August 2024; Cinven bought majority in 2019 from Accel-KKR.
- Vendor claims 1,400+ enterprise customers and $2.9T spend under management.
- JAGGAER's own homepage does not name RFx or auctions explicitly; check scope in demos.
- Marketed AI layer is called JAI.
Our verdict on Jaggaer
Jaggaer is an enterprise source-to-pay suite, and it is sold the way enterprise suites usually are: no published prices, no free plan, no free trial, and access through a demo. There is no number to weigh against the value, so the only way to judge cost is to get a quote and compare it with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua and others.
Evidence on satisfaction is thin. G2 shows 4.3 from 29 reviews, and Capterra and GetApp show about 4.1 from 21 users. Reviewers credit audit tracking, support and, in some cases, fast implementation, but the latest G2 review from February 2026 is strongly negative. With private equity ownership changing hands in 2024, ask how pricing at renewal is handled.
